Community

Our community centred Hub supports vulnerable people and their families living with the devastating effects of dementia.  We support those with a dementia diagnosis but are also inclusive and open to anyone suffering with memory problems of any kind.

Therapy

We exist to improve the quality of life of our members, their brain resilience and independence through structured Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, music and movement activities

Expertise

We are a passionate and dedicated team of former nurses with many years of experience in both mental health and physical healthcare. We are now striving to improve quality of life for people in the local community who are living with dementia.
